This post is way over due!

I've been caught up with my own life 

as of lately so blogging has been hard for me

I wish we could have something like this every year for us people

in NYC who are into Japanese Fashion. It could have been better

but it was a fun experience and glad I was able to go.

There were a few performances a fashion show also

 a lot of vendors to buy cute things from. 

Ended the night with some great sushi, green tea ice cream

and a great view from Cleo's rooftop

Hey lovelies it's been awhile since I've blogged

Sometime life gets in the way y'know (or laziness)

Recently I've made some purchases from Japan

And I have tried three shopping services. 

When my orders come in I will make a post 

about my experience from each company

Towards the end of July 

I will be attending Kawaiiland NYC

I was invited by HeirofGlee and

will be there with other NYC gals!

I'm super excited because I've never attended 

any conventions or special events in relation to Japanese fashion.

I am an the hunt for some awesome platform shoes to wear to the event

 otherwise I might end up making my own because so far I am not 

having any luck with my search!

My Yukata/ Japan Day 2014

I knew this was the year I would get a yukata

and I was so excited to get it! I ordered it from Rakuten 

with the help of my gal friend Malia (thanks bby!)

about 40USD

On to Japan day

I met up with a local gal Amber and
we both went to the festival in yukata, oiran style.
So don't tell me I'm wearing it wrong cause I'm not

I need more practice on how to put it on though

Later on Amber brought me and my bf to Village Yokocho where we had
an amazing Japanese dinner.

The yakisoba was so much I took half home
but everything was so yummy
I have to go back for more hopefully during the summer.

I felt so beautiful got my picture taken by alot of people even video xD
Can't wait for the another Japanese festival
Hopefully more of the NYC gals will join in!

Kawaii Rooms!

I've been looking at cute room ideas ever since I got 

my own room back in November. I painted my room

a medium pink color? I wanted more of a cotton

candy color but i managed to get "oops" paint

at my local Home Depot for $6.

My room is in the basement which gets super 

cold in winter (>_<). I also have no natural light (sobs)

But I will make do

I'm pretty sure those of us into Japanese/Korean

or Asian things in general will come across the 

cute cell phones!

I've had my current cell for almost 4 years its just a regular cell

not an android. I ordered a no brand android online

but it gave me problems

I wish we had all of these here in America

but if you get a phone overseas it would be unique^^

I actually ordered one of these  phones 

today but I won't tell you which one.

January Collective Haul: Sale Queen

Korean/Japanese Skin Care

I am a little late hopping on the skincare train

but now with a job I can finally afford the luxury of

nice skin products!

For the past week my skin has been feeling horrible

probably due to the fact that I don't have a proper regimen and

also the freezing wind blowing into my face when I'm out xD

But today I woke up with bumps on my face that 

hurt like heck and decided to look up some products to test out.
